About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Kolkata team. This full-time, in-office role requires someone who can bring ideas to life with design, video, and motion graphics, while working collaboratively with our marketing and counselling teams. Knowledge of Figma will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and offline marketing materials.
Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotions, student success stories, and events.
Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
Support internal teams with design needs such as presentations, brochures, and event collaterals.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Optimize media for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, print).
Stay updated with new design tools, trends, and techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Team player with good communication skills.
