Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Inside Sales Telecom Engineering Services, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area with some work from home flexibility. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing technical support, building relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves communicating with potential clients, delivering presentations, and working closely with the sales engineering team.

Qualifications

  • Understand Telecom Engineering SErvices space
  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and building client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Relevant experience in telecom engineering or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field
