Job Description

Rakhiwala, a leading name in Home Theatre & Automation solutions, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of automation and home theatre projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical expertise in AV & automation systems, and the ability to deliver premium client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgeting, and installations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Manage all project phases design, procurement, installation, configuration, and testing.
  • Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure quality assurance and provide post-installation support as needed.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in automation, home theatre, or AV system installations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management.

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with automation systems (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Lutron).
  • Strong understanding of home theatre technologies (4K/8K projectors, surround sound systems, AV receivers).
  • Knowledge of networking, wiring, and integration protocols (IP control, HDMI, IR, RS232).

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
