Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team. The role involves designing, planning, and selling domestic and international holiday packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
  • Plan customized itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa, insurance, and local regulations.
  • Work with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure best rates and availability.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into bookings.
  • Handle pre- and post-travel customer queries and ensure excellent client servicing.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and special promotions.
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer communication.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (GDS/CRS preferred).
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in travel/holiday sales.
  • Freshers with strong passion for travel and learning may also apply.
