This role combines stronghands -on engineering, technical leadership, and a visionary mindset to advanceinnovation across our AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities· Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutiondevelopment — from research, prototyping, and experimentation to deployment andproduction scaling.· Architect robust and scalable systems, datapipelines, and MLOps frameworks.· Collaborate with cross -functional teams todefine AI strategy, roadmap, and measurable success metrics.· Mentor and guide ML engineers and datascientists through best practices and code excellence.· Evaluate emerging technologies, build PoCs, andintegrate cutting -edge AI capabilities.· Ensure model fairness, accountability,observability, and governance standards.· Optimize model performance and operationalefficiency through continuous improvement.· Contribute to documentation and maintain codingstandards for long -term sustainability. Technical Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.7+ years of professional experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit -learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.Solid hands -on experience with deep learning (NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems).Strong background in software engineering principles, APIs, microservices, and design patterns.Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Airflow, etc.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data processing, and distributed computing. PreferredSkillsExperience working with LLMs, Generative AI, and vector databases.Exposure to big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).Familiarity with security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.Open -source contributions or publications in AI/ML.
