Job Title: Tech Team Lead / Lead Python Developer Location: Chennai Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to manage and scale our technology stack for online retail operations. The ideal candidate will lead development across our Inventory and Purchase Order (PO) systems, as well as multiple eCommerce integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead a small development team and oversee end-to-end project delivery. Build, maintain, and optimize internal tools for Inventory Management, PO workflows, and Vendor/WMS/ERP systems. Develop and manage integrations with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms. Enhance scalability, automation, and data accuracy across systems. Work closely with operations and management to align technology with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps). Ensure timely project delivery with high code quality. Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and performance reviews. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend system improvements. Required Technical Skills 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Solid experience in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, or Angular) is a plus. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure, google cloud). Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
