Lead Data UI Developer

Your Team Responsibilities

You will join a dynamic and innovative team responsible for building user-centric digital platforms and applications that deliver insights from complex financial data. Our team works at the intersection of technology, design, and business, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and scalability.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the UI Architect, driving the design and implementation of front-end solutions using and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate Figma layouts into high-quality, production-ready applications.
• Define and enforce UI/UX design principles, coding standards, and best practices for responsive, accessible, and scalable applications.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Program management, Engineering, and Data Operations teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Architect and oversee the end-to-end UI design and development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and design-thinking within the team.
• Apply domain expertise to effectively model, visualize, and interact with financial data within applications.

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

• Proven hands-on expertise in and proficiency with other JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g., Angular, , ).
• Strong experience with Figma (or similar design tools), with the ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect applications.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or MobX).
• Track record of stakeholder management with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of financial data systems and prior experience in building UI solutions in the financial services domain.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to balance technical rigor with business needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field with 10+ years of experience
