Key Responsibilities

  • Product and Experience Ownership
  • Lead UI/UX design for B2C, Enterprise, and AI-powered platforms.
  • Define and maintain the design system for Navneet TopTech.
  • Translate product requirements into user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Own the end-to-end user experience from concept to handover.
  • User Research and Insights
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and field visits in schools.
  • Analyse behaviours of students, teachers, and admins to design frictionless experiences.
  • Run continuous design iterations based on insights and data.
  • Design Execution and Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Teams, and AI teams.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect UI for mobile, web, tablet, and interactive boards.
  • Document design decisions, flows, and specifications clearly.
  • Innovation and GenAI Integration
  • Use modern tools such as Figma, Framer, Protopie, Webflow, etc.
  • Leverage Generative AI (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to:
  • speed up ideation
  • Create design variations
  • generate user scenarios
  • improve user research workflows
  • Bring fresh, bold, and contemporary design ideas that elevate Navneet's digital identity.
