Program Manager – Employee Relations (Individual Contributor Role)

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned
Program Manager – Employee Relations
to independently drive end-to-end HR service delivery and employee relations initiatives across multiple corporate locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing
grievances, PIP cases, and critical ER issues
while fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment for a large and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    Employee Relations (ER) service delivery
    across multiple sites using ServiceNow and other internal platforms.
  • Handle
    grievance redressal
    , disciplinary actions,
    performance improvement plans (PIP)
    , and other
    sensitive or high-risk cases
    with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage
    critical ER cases
    in coordination with leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  • Partner with business leaders to conduct
    performance management
    discussions and implement structured improvement plans.
  • Design and execute
    employee engagement initiatives
    such as listening posts, focus groups, and skip-level meetings to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain ER documentation, prepare detailed case logs, and provide
    data-driven insights
    for management reviews.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and site HR teams to ensure
    policy compliance and consistent ER practices
    across functions.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage
    large employee populations
    across corporate locations, ensuring timely support and consistent employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    8–10 years in
    Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles
    within large corporate setups.
  • Proven ability to manage
    grievances, PIP, disciplinary and complex employee relations cases
    independently.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and corporate compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and influencing skills to navigate sensitive situations.
  • Experience handling
    large headcount employees)
    in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Prior exposure to
    case management tools
    (e.g., ServiceNow) and data reporting is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in leading or mentoring a small team will be preferred.
