We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Executive / HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR responsibilities effectively. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle recruitment & onboarding processes end-to-end
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and attendance systems
  • Handle employee engagement and grievance management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training development
  • Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning
  • Promote a positive and performance-driven company culture
  • Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and compliance
  • Good command of MS Office, HRMS software, and documentation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
