About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our end-to-end
HR Operations
. This role offers hands-on exposure across the complete employee lifecycle and is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced organization.

Based on performance, the intern may be
converted to a full-time role (Executive – Human Resources)
upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS

  • Onboarding & Induction

  • Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth joining processes

  • Performance Management

  • Support monthly performance reviews and KRA/KPI tracking
  • Maintain performance-related records and reports

  • HR Operations

  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates
  • Support payroll inputs and data accuracy

  • Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Support internal communication and HR announcements

  • Exit Management

  • Coordinate exit formalities, documentation, and clearances
  • Assist with exit interviews and final settlement data

  • General HR Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Full-Time MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Willingness to work
    onsite at Noida
  • Self-owned laptop is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
