Onboarding TeamLead

Role:

The Lead of the Letters team is responsible to lead a team of anchors to ensure the timely

generation of Offer letters of the Apprentices hired at various clients place

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client escalations on any delay in onboarding
• Ensure to close the Letter generation pendency on the same month
• Coordinate with Onsite, client, and BD team to get the statutory documents and bank

accounts

• Respond to client/BD queries related to offer generation status as per prescribed time-

lines

• Fulfill regular and ad-hoc requests arising on business needs
• Collaborate with other departments based on client queries/resolution
• Respond to queries of both internal and external stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Graduation in any Stream
• 2+ Years of experience ( 1 year exp in managing a team size of min 5)
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel
• Team Management
• Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on short deadlines
