Job Description – SAP PP & SAP MM (S/4HANA) Consultants

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–12 Years

Type: Full-time / On-site

Position 1: SAP PP Consultant – S/4HANA

Experience Required: 3–12 Years

HANA Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on SAP PP module configuration, implementation, and support activities.
  • Handle end-to-end Production Planning processes including MRP, Material Staging, Routing, BOM, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution, etc.
  • Participate in S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide support for PP-related issues during UAT, Go-Live and post Go-Live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, QM, SD, FI) to ensure smooth integration.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one S/4HANA implementation.
  • Good understanding of MRP, Master Data, and Production Order processes.
  • Ability to handle enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Position 2: SAP MM Consultant – S/4HANA

Experience Required: 3–12 Years

HANA Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on SAP MM module configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
  • Manage Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Release Strategies, Service Procurement, and Logistics processes.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and create functional specifications.
  • Address issues during SIT/UAT and support Go-Live & post Go-Live phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PP, SD, WM, FI, CO).
  • Prepare documentation and conduct user training.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (mandatory).
  • Experience in Procurement, Inventory, and Material Master processes.
  • Exposure to Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
