About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end onboarding and deployment of our products for new and existing clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related activities, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, product training and successful adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Sonnet product for clients, from kickoff to post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, define implementation plans, and configure the product accordingly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Integration, Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Track implementation milestones, maintain project documentation, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks or issues during the implementation lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to improve implementation processes and product usability.
  • Support handover to the Customer Success team post go-live and ensure smooth transition.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication, issue ownership, and solution delivery throughout Implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, B. Tech .
  • 46 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech product environment.
  • Experience in handling data-driven product implementations; familiarity with data mapping and integration workflows is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. clients is required.
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing processes and client lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of credit reporting or compliance tools is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, DevOps, Wrike or similar project tracking systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to analytics, compliance technology, or BPO/collections domain.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
