  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market segments, customers, and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage lead generation, client acquisition, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately understood and met.
  • Lead participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and product documentation in alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor and report marketing KPIs, including inquiries, conversion rates, and market share growth.
  • Ensure effective pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and after-sales follow-up for client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management and contribute to strategic business planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
