Job Description

Title: Senior QlikView Developer Job Description: Design, develop and maintain QlikView applications, end-to-end QlikView project delivery following required standards. Create and maintain technical documentation for QlikView applications. Provide ongoing QlikView application support and maintenance. Implement extensions in Qlik Sense by using JavaScript, D3, CSS, & HTML. Integrate QVW within existing windows based .Net application using OCX controls. Develop QlikView Dashboards using Drill down and Cyclic Groups. Participate in Production Support for QlikView applications and server. Work with business objects designer module and create universes. Organize data in reports by using filters, sorting, ranking and highlighted data with alerts using Business Objects user. Gather and load data into QlikView from various data sources like Netezza, Vertica, Oracle and/or excel files. Create metadata models describing relational database in Oracle. Use TOAD, Squirrel to run SQL queries and validate the data in Data warehouse and Data Marts. Design and develop ETL processes using Business Objects to load data from Oracle. Create and provide support for canned, AdHoc and on demand reports for business users with complex data from heterogeneous data sources. Work with large volumes of datasets from multiple databases like Teradata, Vertica and loading data into Tableau. Create complex formulas and calculations within Alteryx designer to meet the needs of complex business logic and develop Tableau reports. Implement Tableau BI Dashboard for different vendors as per the requirements using custom queries and multiple tables. Track metrics pertaining to unique users, duration, record counts and develop and design UI interface providing comparative analysis. Troubleshoot application development issues and responsible for appropriate technical resolutions. Will work in Tallahassee, FL and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
