1. Real Estate & Space Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential office and warehouse spaces based on business expansion or relocation needs.
  • Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders for site visits, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage end-to-end documentation, including Letter of Intent (LOI), lease agreements, registration, and renewals.
  • Handle full and final (F&F) settlements for vacated properties, ensuring closure of all obligations (rent, security deposit, utilities, etc.).
  • Maintain a central repository of property documents, lease trackers, renewal calendars, and compliance records.
  • Ensure timely processing and release of monthly rental payments in coordination with Finance.

2. Facility Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, general maintenance, and operational readiness across all assigned properties
  • Plan and supervise office or warehouse setup, renovation, and relocation activities
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
  • Ensure timely renewal of facility-related licenses, statutory compliances, and service contracts

3. Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for various facility and admin services
  • Oversee PO processing, rate negotiations, and service quality in coordination with Business and Finance teams
  • Conduct vendor evaluations, performance reviews, and cost optimization initiatives

4. Billing, Documentation & Compliance

  • Review and verify vendor bills to ensure accuracy before payment submission
  • Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing, payment release, and expense tracking
  • Maintain documentation for leases, renewals, F&F settlements, and audits
  • Ensure all administrative and facility operations comply with company standards and statutory norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
