We are looking for a PHP Developer who can manage and improve our core portals and business website with stability, performance, and clean development practices.

Role Overview

We are seeking a PHP Developer with strong experience in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress, along with solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You will manage two portals built in PHP and Laravel and maintain our main business website built on WordPress using DV Builder and Elementor.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both backend systems and front-end interfaces, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:1. PHP and Laravel Development

• Maintain and enhance two portals built using PHP and Laravel.
• Write clean, optimized, and secure backend code.
• Create new modules, fix bugs, and implement improvements in existing systems.
• Integrate APIs and manage database-driven functionalities.

2. WordPress Management

• Manage and update the business website built on WordPress using DV Builder and Elementor.
• Customize themes, templates, and basic plugin-level modifications.
• Ensure smooth functionality, security, and compatibility of WordPress components.

3. Front-End Development

• Build and optimize responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Improve design implementation and polish based on mockups or brand guidelines.

4. Technical SEO and Performance

• Implement on-page and technical SEO elements like metadata, schema, and URL hygiene.
• Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to indexing, rendering, and structure.

5. Collaboration and Execution

• Work with the marketing, SEO, and design teams to support ongoing campaigns and website updates.
• Participate in planning cycles to ensure timely delivery of web tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and use Git or similar for version control.

6. Quality Assurance

• Test, debug, and validate functionalities across all platforms.
• Ensure stable releases with minimum downtime and maximum reliability.
• Proactively identify risks, errors, and opportunities to improve system health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and customization.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Experience with WordPress builders like DV Builder and Elementor.
• Familiarity with Git, Figma, and project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Understanding of technical SEO principles.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations and server-side optimization.
• Understanding of caching, CDN usage, and basic security practices.
• Previous work on B2B or enterprise-level portals.
• Exposure to localization, language technologies, or AI-driven workflows is a plus.
