About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in web development and SaaS platform architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating various SaaS applications with CRM systems to streamline workflows, improve automation, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Build, configure, and manage SaaS-based solutions for various business needs.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations between SaaS platforms, CRMs, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in web development and SaaS integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Strong experience with backend development using , PHP, Python, or similar.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zendesk).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, , or Workato.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and authentication/authorization protocols.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with data mapping and migration between platforms.
