Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The HR Manager ensures a positive work environment and supports the company's strategic objectives by aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support appraisal systems.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Administer payroll coordination and employee benefits.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support management in HR budgeting and workforce planning.
  • Promote a healthy and safe work culture.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in HRMS, MS Office, and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience Required:

`1–8 years of experience in HR roles (depending on company size).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Office-based work (flexible as per company policy)
  • May require occasional travel for recruitment or training purposes

Reporting To:

Senior Management / Director / HR Head (as applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
