Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Support, based in Kolkata. The role involves managing and overseeing activities related to the GeM portal, including vendor registration, listing of products or services, bid submissions, and order processing. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance, address inquiries, and provide exceptional support. Accuracy and understanding of government procurement processes are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling GeM portal operations, including vendor registration, product listing, and bid submissions
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation
  • Keen attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to address inquiries and ensure compliance
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and other relevant software for documentation and reporting
  • Prior experience in GeM portal management or similar government platform-related roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field is preferred
