PAM (Privileged Access Management) Support:

Manage and maintain PAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or ARCON.

Troubleshoot privileged account access issues, credential vault failures, and session recording errors.

Administer password rotation policies, vault configurations, and privileged access workflows.

Implement least privilege access policies to secure critical assets.

Monitor and resolve PAM service outages, account lockouts, and access request failures.

Support PAM upgrades, patching, and integrations with ITSM tools.

IAM (Identity and Access Management) Administration:

Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, role-based access control, deprovisioning) using IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or ForgeRock.

Handle directory services administration (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD).

Support IAM workflows for access requests, approvals, and audit compliance.

Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive access policies.

Troubleshoot identity sync issues, group policy enforcement, and account provisioning errors.

SSO (Single Sign-On) & Authentication Support:

Support and manage SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.

Assist in configuring SSO for enterprise applications (SAP, Office 365, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

Troubleshoot authentication and federation issues across cloud and on-premises applications.

Collaborate with application teams to integrate new services into the SSO platform.

Monitor and analyze authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.

Security & Compliance Support:

Ensure compliance with IAM security policies, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

Perform access reviews, audit reporting, and privilege usage monitoring.

Investigate and respond to IAM security incidents, policy violations, and unauthorized access attempts.

Work with security teams to implement role-based access control (RBAC) and zero-trust security models.
