About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Crypto Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing crypto accounts or funds, strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires analytical skills, financial accuracy, and a deep understanding of crypto trading, investment, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client crypto accounts/funds with accuracy and compliance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on crypto investments and portfolio performance.
  • Handle fund allocations, withdrawals, and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of cryptocurrency trends, exchanges, and wallets.
  • Prepare regular reports and ensure transparent communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for risk management and strategy execution.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in crypto account or fund management.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, wallets, exchanges, and blockchain basics.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Certifications in crypto, trading, or blockchain (preferred but not mandatory).
