Engineering Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Crypto Asset Addition initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of cutting-edge products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in iterative product development, prioritizing customer-centric decision making.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive strategic technical discussions.
  • Foster close working relationships with Product, Design, Mobile, Platform, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams.
  • Hire, coach, and develop exceptional engineers to build a world-class team.
  • Prioritize urgency, excellence, and delivery in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience directly managing engineers with a focus on mentorship, feedback, and career growth.
  • A passion for Bitcoin and other digital assets.
