The company provides a wide range of thermal solutions including compressors, condensers, heat exchangers, and other components for passenger vehicles, buses, trucks, and off-roaders, among other segments. Subros operates state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across six locations in India, along with a dedicated R&D center and tool room in Noida.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the efficient execution of processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and achieving organizational goals. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, supervising staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations through strategic thinking and problem-solving. Additionally, the candidate will monitor performance metrics and support management in achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in operations management, process optimization, and productivity improvement
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control is preferred
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field is required
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or thermal products manufacturing is a plus
