About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, and distribution of compelling content across multiple platforms. You'll play a critical role in shaping our brand voice, engaging our audience, and supporting business objectives through high-quality, data-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Manage content creation across formats: blogs, web copy, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, social media, video scripts, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Oversee content calendar and ensure timely publication.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve writers' posts.
  • Optimize content according to SEO best practices.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage internal and freelance content creators as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹472, ₹1,205,327.18 per year

  • Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Content management: 4 years (Required)
  • Content Manger: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
