Our journey so far:

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay's founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That's how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.8 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Who we're looking for :

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (Banking & Partnerships) to drive large-scale technology programs across retail banking, lending, and payment partnerships. This role requires a strong blend of program management, solution design, and stakeholder leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in BFSI/fintech, a deep understanding of integrations with banking/partner ecosystems, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnership
• Act as the primary technology partner for banking business units and external partnerships.
• Align technology initiatives with business goals, regulatory needs, and market opportunities.
• Drive digital-first initiatives, including customer onboarding, lending journeys, and payment integrations.

Program Ownership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end program execution – from requirements gathering to launch.
• Translate complex business requirements into solution architecture and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal product/engineering teams and external partner tech teams.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security and regulatory standards (RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Support partner due diligence, risk assessments, and audits during rollout.

Cross-functional Coordination & Adoption

• Manage cross-team execution across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and partner organizations.
• Define KPIs to track adoption, performance, and impact of launched programs.
• Lead UAT, documentation, and enablement for internal and partner stakeholders.

What is needed for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in technical program management, solution delivery, or digital product delivery.
• Strong background in BFSI, fintech, or SaaS solutions in regulated industries.
• Experience integrating with core banking systems, CRMs, LOS/LMS, payment gateways, or partner APIs.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders in a matrix/partner-driven environment.
