Human Resource Projects Specialist

The HR Project Specialist will design, execute the governance of strategic HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, focusing on digitization, process enhancement, employee experience, and learning & development. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, analytical ability, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HR projects (e.g., HRMS upgrades, survey automation, L&D digitization).
- Develop project charters, timelines, and success metrics; monitor progress and report status to leadership.
- Coordinate with internal HR verticals (Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, Engagement) and cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and deliverables for HR technology or consulting initiatives.
2. HR Process Digitization
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within HR processes.
- Support implementation of HR systems (LMS, PMS, Onboarding, HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.
- Drive change management and training efforts for system rollouts.
3. Analytics & Insights
- Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, onboarding, exit, etc.) and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Track project ROI, KPIs, and post-implementation effectiveness using dashboards and analytics tools.
4. Learning & Development Projects
- Partner with L&D to structure capability-building programs and assess learning effectiveness.
- Oversee content digitization, LMS administration, and learner experience optimization.
5. Stakeholder & Change Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and buy-in for new HR initiatives.
Skills:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in HR project management or HR transformation roles.
- Proven experience in managing HR digitization or process-improvement projects.
