Job Description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports to ensure timely closure of positions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in using job portals and MS Office tools.

Note: Candidates with relevant manufacturing recruitment experience and availability for immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
