We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – MuleSoft Integration / MuleSoft EBS to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions that enable scalable and secure connectivity across business systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, deep understanding of integration patterns, and strong ability to translate complex business requirements into high-performing technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent technical leadership, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and end-to-end solution ownership.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, design and implement enterprise-level integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and associated components.
  • Lead end-to-end integration architecture for large-scale transformation initiatives including MuleSoft EBS integration, API-led connectivity, and reusable integration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable, resilient, and secure integration architectures.
  • Define integration strategy, architecture standards, design guidelines, and best practices for development teams.
  • Oversee full lifecycle MuleSoft implementations including requirements, blueprinting, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Evaluate existing architecture and recommend modernization, optimization, and cost-effective improvements.
  • Ensure integration reliability, performance tuning, and security compliance across APIs, connectors, and orchestrations.
  • Mentor and guide developers and integration engineers to ensure consistency in design and coding standards.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts and solution demos to validate architecture direction and accelerate decision-making.
  • Provide governance, documentation, architectural diagrams, and operational guidelines for delivered solutions.
  • Work closely with enterprise architects and backend application teams to ensure seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement across integration capabilities, automation, and technical innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 9–20 years of overall experience in solution architecture and enterprise integration.
  • Minimum 7–10 years hands-on experience with MuleSoft including architecture, solution design, and complex implementation.
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft Integration, MuleSoft EBS, API-led architecture, RAML, Anypoint Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
  • Expertise in designing high-volume, low-latency, secure API and integration solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ESB frameworks, middleware concepts, microservices, SOA, REST, SOAP, WSDL, JMS, and integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating MuleSoft with ERPs such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes / Docker preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage architecture decisions across multiple teams.
  • MuleSoft Certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / Developer / Platform Architect are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large digital transformation or enterprise integration modernization programs.
  • Exposure to agile delivery practices and cross-functional team leadership.
