Position Description
is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager: Performance Marketing to drive performance marketing-led customer acquisition for its B2B SaaS platform Beam AI. We are looking for a marketer with past experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid channels. The key KPIs for this position would be - improving demos booked and efficiency from paid channels. This includes existing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, along with continuously building other new channels such as programmatic.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the rest of the marketing team, to build campaigns that scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
Help strategize and execute on a performance marketing approach that supports demand gen and the organization's overarching business goals.
Establish Beam AI as a category leader in the preconstruction industry, by helping meet and exceed assigned lead gen targets.
Build & manage customer acquisition campaigns to drive revenue, increase ROI, and improve CTR, CPA and Cost per Demo Booked - with continuous optimization and A/B Testing.
Continuously improve on full lead-gen funnel from impressions to MQL to Demos Booked (SAL) - ensuring accuracy in tracking and attribution.
Forecast & track spend for the upcoming month and entire quarter - aligned with quarterly revenue targets.
Be aligned with content and product marketing teams to ensure lead quality and lead volumes from paid marketing campaigns - by tailoring messaging & ad assets.
Own dashboards to track conversions, marketing spend, CAC and other key metrics
Work with the Head of Marketing and VP-Revenue to conduct regular reviews and report on key metrics, KPIs and track month-on-month improvement areas.
Copywriting skills preferable particularly in creating ad copies
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in performance marketing and demand gen across channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.)
You must be fluent with data, metrics, measurement, and analytics. Good understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality.
Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
Experience in marketing to US-based businesses is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation and marketing management tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, HubSpot, etc.
Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers/partners) with engaging marketing campaigns
Excellent Project Management skills and attention to detail. You must have a growth mindset.
