We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from office in permanent mode.
- Designation-
- Customer Support Associate.
- Job Profile-
- Have to resolve customer's query Voice Call
- Mandatory Criteria-
- Min Graduaction.
- Both fresher & experienced can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
- Customer Orientation.
- Between 09:00am – 09:00pm, 10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1-hour break
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
- 5 Days working 2 days' rotational week off
- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
- Interview Structure-
- HR round - General check. –
- Typing Test
- OPS round – General Check
- Voice Versant (V4 and above)
- Client Round – Video Call
- Payouts –
- Fresher- 14k in hand
- Training Can be at night.
- Documents Required –
- Education Mark sheets
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
