About the Role

Ventragate Technologies is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development using and .NET. You'll be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for building high-performing, scalable, and secure applications that power our core business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver integrated, high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop efficient database models and queries for both SQL and NoSQL environments.
  • Implement security and data protection measures including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).

Technical Skills

Backend (Primary):

  • Strong experience in / NestJS) and .NET Core (C#)
  • Expertise in API design, microservices architecture, and middleware development
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven systems, and RESTful standards

Frontend (Secondary):

  • Exposure to , Angular, or
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript

Database:

  • Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis

DevOps & Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, Mocha, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
  • Exposure to automated deployment and monitoring tools
