We're seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist who blends creativity, strategy, and technical design expertise — someone who understands both the visual and commercial side of product launches in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

App Launch Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing launch plan for a new beauty and wellness app.
• Coordinate pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing activities across digital and social media platforms.
• Work closely with app developers, product managers, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
• Create timelines, campaign calendars, and performance reports for launch milestones.

Creative Design & Content Development

• Design marketing materials, social media creatives, digital ads, landing pages, and email templates for campaigns.
• Support app UI/UX alignment by creating cohesive branding visuals and promotional graphics.
• Produce video teasers, product demos, and visual storytelling assets for digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring high-quality visual identity and tone of voice.

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and beauty ambassadors to promote the app.
• Analyze market trends, customer engagement metrics, and competitor strategies to optimize campaign results.
• Oversee SEO, paid promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.

Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to align on campaign goals.
• Build strategic relationships with beauty brands, salons, and local agencies to boost visibility and user acquisition.
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, regional marketing regulations, and project budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and digital design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry.
• Proven experience in mobile app launch campaigns or tech product marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or Canva Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, brand positioning, and influencer partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
