Job Description:
Executive Summary:
 The Function reports into Process Lead – Central Services, CREM.
 Manage Corporate Car Procurement, Sales & Transfer.
 Timely Insurance Renewal of Corporate Cars.
 Ensure accurate record-keeping of all Transactions and Proper Database Management.
 If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
In this role, you will:
 Process New Corporate Car Procurement, Car Sale & Car Transfer in coordination with Vendors & Employees.
 Database Management.
 Follow up with Dealership & Employees for Invoices Collection.
 Multiple reconciliation in Coordination with HR & Insurance Companies
 Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
 Develop and maintain positive relationships with Internal/external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on confirmation of work completion.

 Increased efficiency and accuracy in Database Management
Essential skills and qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operation.
 Bachelor's degree.
 Proficiency in MS Office applications. (Good hold on Excel).
 Service centric attitude for better performance.
 Team Player.
