Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join

• our Quality Assurance team.

The Quality Analyst will play a critical

• role in ensuring the quality of our ServiceNow products and services by conducting
• thorough testing and analysis.

This position requires a strong attention

• collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous
• improvement in quality.

Key Responsibilities : Test Planning and Execution :

• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of product or service functionality.
• Execute test cases, both manually and through automated testing tools, and document test results.

Defect Identification and Reporting :

• Identify and report defects or quality issues, including detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.
• Work closely with development teams to facilitate defect resolution and retesting.

Quality Metrics and Reporting :

• Monitor and track key quality metrics and KPIs to assess product or service quality.
• Generate and communicate quality reports to stakeholders.

Regression Testing :

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality.

We are not looking for manual testing experience only. Mandatory Skill :

• Some kind of automation tool like selenium, , testNG etc.
• Postman , rest api testing.
• SQL.
• Basic scripting needed to run test automation framework.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools and test case management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards (e., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
