Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Technical Lead, based in Bengaluru. The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using best practices and modern technologies. Daily tasks include leading technical teams, implementing design patterns, developing scalable microservices-based solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals. The role also involves mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Software Development, including programming best practices and modern development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jakarta EE and Microservices for building robust and scalable enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns to create efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to contribute effectively to team success.
