Responsibilities:

1. Reporting& Analytics

  • Lead the Business Reporting & Analytics vertical to establish and maintain effective tracking mechanisms for SLAs, KPIs, and other operational metrics.
  • Act as single point of contact for the reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting across periodic and ad-hoc requirements, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

2. DataLakeReport Management

  • Oversee development of new reports and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain report accurately and resolve issues in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Ensure documentation of all reporting developments and change requests.

3. QlikSenseReporting & Analytics

  • Design and develop QlikSense dashboards and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Deliver actionable insights to monitor and improve business performance.

4. LeadershipReporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership-level reporting.
  • Validate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.

5. Analytics& Data Quality

  • Implement advanced analytics (inferential and predictive) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct periodic data cleanup and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
  • Perform UAT for analytics solutions and proactively manage scope changes or challenges.

6. Team& Stakeholder Management

  • Lead the Reporting team and govern reporting activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications& Experience

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline (technical or analytical background preferred).
  • Experience : 6 to 12 years in Reporting, Analytics, or MIS within a supply chain or operations environment.

  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in QlikSense, SQL, and statistical tools (inferential & predictive analytics).

  • Experience with SAP related reporting.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in reporting.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, PowerQuery, and automation tools is a plus.
