Experience- 0 to 2 yrs

Project Duration - 9 Months (Contract)

Skills- Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly processes

Qualification- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in designing, planning, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in execution and improvement of assembly processes.
  • Carry out/support Torque Audit procedures as per standards.
  • Participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA):
  • Safety FMEA (SFMEA)
  • Process FMEA (PFMEA)
  • Prepare reports and share findings in a clear manner.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Awareness of FMEA (SFMEA / PFMEA) methods.
  • Knowledge of Torque Audit is an advantage.

Required Soft Skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make clear presentations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
