Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to craft eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails for our YouTube channels and online courses. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, color, and typography, with the ability to create visuals that attract attention and drive clicks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling thumbnails for YouTube videos and online learning content
  • Collaborate closely with the content and video production teams
  • Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines
  • Deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail or social media graphics
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
