**Job Title: YouTube Thumbnail Artist**
**Location: Noida**
**Salary**:Upto 30k per month**

**Experience Required**: Minimum **2 years in thumbnail designing**, with at least **1 year working with a YouTube channel.**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube videos
- Collaborate closely with the content and video editing team to align thumbnails with video content
- Research and implement thumbnail trends and best practices for improvement
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual identity
- Deliver thumbnails within tight deadlines while maintaining quality

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically thumbnail creation
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with a YouTube channel
- Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design software
- Strong sense of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to take feedback positively and revise work quickly
- Strong portfolio of previous thumbnails

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics
- Knowledge of social media design trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced content creation environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
