**Position Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Design **eye-catching thumbnails** for YouTube videos and Reels, aligned with brand tone.
- Work closely with video editors and the content team to create designs that **increase CTR (Click-Through Rate).**:

- Adapt designs for **different platforms** (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- Ensure all designs are delivered **on time** with consistent quality.
- Maintain a **library of creative assets** for future use.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years - 5 years as a Thumbnail Artist / Graphic Designer (with proven thumbnail design experience).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (not mandatory if you have strong portfolio).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that grab attention within seconds.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- **Portfolio**: Must provide a portfolio showcasing **previous YouTube/Instagram thumbnail work.**
