Position Summary

The Tube Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a CNC tube laser cutting machine to produce precision-cut metal tubes and components according to specifications. The operator ensures accuracy, quality, and efficiency while following safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC tube laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, BLM, Mazak, or similar).
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.
  • Load and unload metal tubes or profiles into the laser machine safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and part quality.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding work area.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical or program issues and communicate larger issues to maintenance or supervision.
  • Track production data and complete necessary documentation or reports.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance and laser lens cleaning.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
