**Job Title: Laser Machine Operator**

**Job Summary**:
As a Laser Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting, engraving, or welding machines to produce high-quality precision components or products. Your role involves setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring the production process, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and calibrate laser machines according to job specifications, including adjusting power, speed, and focal length settings.
- Load materials onto the machine bed and secure them in place using clamps, fixtures, or other positioning devices.
- Operate laser machines to perform cutting, engraving, welding, or other material processing tasks based on work orders or blueprints.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that laser parameters are maintained and that cuts or engravings meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects, irregularities, or dimensional accuracy, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on laser machines, such as cleaning optics, replacing lenses, and checking coolant levels.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions or operational issues and make minor repairs or adjustments to ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job logs, machine settings, and inventory levels of materials.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers, quality inspectors, and production supervisors, to optimize production processes and solve technical problems.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in laser technology, machine operation, and safety practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in laser technology, machining, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a laser machine operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity to operate machinery and perform manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks to meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine malfunctions and optimize production processes.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to laser operations and machine shop environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials or components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,435.37 - ₹27,524.61 per month
