Salary Budget : 4LPA - 5LPA
Working Days : 5 Days
Shift Timing : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location : W 34 Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi 110020
Role & responsibilities
Recruitments :
- Evaluate factors such as education, experience, skills, and compensation expectations when
screening/reviewing online/offline applications. - Conduct informational interviews with potential candidates in order to compile a short list of
candidates to present to hiring managers. - Facilitate in-person and/or online/offline applicant interviews with hiring managers.
- Keep applicants, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders up to date on the status of
each search by managing communications. - Prepare an offer letter and send to the candidate to complete their onboarding.
- Assist in documenting the flow and procedures of the internal recruitment process.
Payroll and Compliance :
- Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated requirements with
every applicable HR-based regulatory and legal and compliance training programs. - Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and
training to employees. - Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Calculate bonuses and allowances
- Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- For office records and audit purposes, keep organized records of all candidate information
(resume, employment application, references, communications, backup documentation). - Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Trainings :
- Responsible for coordination and arrangement of logistics for setting up training and
development workshops. - Accountable for creating training attendance records and the first draft of training reports.
General:
- Respond to information requests from colleagues as soon as possible.
- Maintaining good relationship with Seniors, peers, vendors and candidates.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators :
- End-to-end online/offline recruitment process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preparing error-free offer letters and other important official documents.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
