We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team in the Employee Cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare high-quality food products, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
