Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled
AI/ML Developer
with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, with hands-on experience in
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and
LangChain
(or similar frameworks for LLM applications). You will work closely with our product and development teams to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for various applications.
  • Implement and fine-tune
    LLM-based solutions
    using frameworks like
    LangChain
    .
  • Develop and integrate AI-driven workflows into existing applications.
  • Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies.
  • Work with datasets to preprocess, analyze, and extract insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, clients) to deliver AI-powered solutions.
  • Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in
    AI/ML development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and LangChain (or LangGraph)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and ML frameworks like
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
    .
  • Experience in API integration and model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
