About the Role

We are looking for a 
creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager
 to shape and grow a fashion & lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, a strong understanding of Instagram, and the ability to build a brand voice that feels modern, aspirational, and authentic.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on 
strategy + execution
 — not just posting, but storytelling, planning, and creating content that connects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy:
     Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand identity and audience.
  • Content Creation:
     Ideate and manage photo/video shoots, reels, graphics, and stories.
  • Community Management:
     Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow organic reach.
  • Trendspotting:
     Keep up with Instagram trends and adapt them to align with brand tone.
  • Analytics:
     Track performance and optimize content for growth and engagement.
  • Brand Building:
     Ensure a consistent luxury aesthetic and strong storytelling across the page.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media for 
    fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    Instagram (reels, stories, highlights, feed curation)
    .
  • Ability to design or guide design (basic Canva, Adobe, or working with designers).
  • Excellent written communication skills (aesthetic, concise, and brand-specific captions).
  • Strong creative eye — knows the difference between 
    basic
     and 
    editorial
    .
  • Based in 
    Noida or Delhi NCR
     — must be able to join for photoshoots and brand events.

Nice to Have

  • Photography/Videography skills (even basic content creation).
  • PR/Influencer outreach experience.
  • E-commerce/social commerce understanding.
