Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage content for Company's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage Google ads (PPC), Local Service ads (LSA) campaigns, develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns: SEO marketing efforts involve optimizing websites to increase their ranking on the platform and ultimately responsible for bringing in leads.
  • Well-versed with various SEO portals like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, Google Business Profile, ahref, Semrush, Moz etc and can research and implement required optimization techniques as well as reporting for daily monitoring and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor both organic and PPC campaigns across multiple projects and strategize based on keywords / trends / competitor analysis.
  • Ability to set up events in Google Tag Manager, troubleshooting it as and when required.
  • Communication in English with end clients by emails / calls / chat.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools to ensure productivity for personal as well as team's productivity.
  • Ability to understand client's expectations and adjust strategies and implement new techniques / troubleshoot situations in case of downfall in monthly leads.
