We're Hiring: Finance and Accounts Executive

Salary: 3L - 4.5L PA CTC

Job : Koramangala, Bangalore

JOB TITLE: Finance and Accounts Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 Years

Preferred qualification : Graduates ), PG M.com and MBA in finance are preferred.

Would also be responsible for growing the current internal finance team. Working in a startup is a plus. Working knowledge of Tally and GST is mandatory

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the Finance Function: Set financial objectives, implement systems, policies, and internal controls
  • Business Strategy: Formulate business plans to maximize profitability, revenue, and minimize working capital.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, Annual Reports; ensure accurate financial position presentation.
  • MIS & Analysis: Handle monthly MIS, cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Review and streamline accounting practices; increase automation; shorten reporting timelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Audit & Records: Maintain accurate records for auditors and government agencies.
  • SOPs: Prepare and implement SOPs for Finance & Inventory functions.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and financial accounting processes.
  • Business Transformation: Experience in process transformation and cross-functional finance projects.
  • Best Practices: Exposure to global standards in finance and accounting.
